THOMAS F. McDEVITT
Thomas F. McDevitt is the Managing Partner of Edgewood and will have responsibility for all investment, financing and disposition decisions.
JAMES LYNN
James Lynn is an Investor and a Senior Advisor to the Fund. He will provide advice on strategic planning as well as acquisition, financing, management and disposition of specific investments.
JONATHAN M. LEVIRNE
Jonathan M. Levirne is a Director of Edgewood. He is responsible for risk/return analysis and underwriting of all of the Partnership’s acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and development acquisitions.
VICTORIA LEPTURIN
Victoria Lepturin is a Vice President of Edgewood and is the Real Estate Accounting Manager of Edgewood Capital and is responsible for the oversight of all accounting for the Company’s real estate transactions and investment activities.
TAMMY A. PENDERGAST
Tammy Pendergast is a Senior Underwriter for Edgewood Capital Advisors, LLC. Since joining the company in 2006, Ms. Pendergast has focused on underwriting a wide range of commercial products including retail, office, hospitality, industrial, self-storage and special use facilities.
IRENE KORIN
Irene Korin is a real estate professional with over 20 years experience in both the private and public sectors. As a Vice President and Senior Asset Manager in Citibank’s Real Estate Investment Management Group she was responsible for managing both joint venture and wholly owned real estate investments for pension funds, co-mingled trust funds and individual clients with a book value in excess of $350 million.
